Any applicant who has not previously [within last 10 years] completed a Foundations of Special Education course will be required to take EDA 542 prior to enrollment in any of the core special education (EDA) courses - this is determined through advisement and transcript review.

12 credits from the certificate will count towards the M.Ed. in Special Education.

12 credits required to fulfill requirements for the M.Ed. in Special Education. Students must complete an additional 6 credits to fulfill requirements for the Program Specialist Certificate with advisement from the Graduate Coordinator for TESOL programs
